Why is it that when I call the store no one ever picks up the phone what is the reason we call to speak to customers service or any other department department

Norma Paris am glad you have had good service. But am not you I've had bad service that doesn't mean I don't like Walmart !!!

Customer service is usually swamped and hard to get a hold of especially now after the holidays.....returns
