0 stars if I could. Horrible place. Came in for a set of 4 new tires somehow my tires pressure sensors weren’t working. I was advised to drive a mile or so and would then work. Coming later took it back to the shop to see what was going on. I was then told that I had two missing sensors somehow. One of mechanics told me that some of his coworkers can’t confront the front desk to say they snapped a sensor due to being afraid. I don’t know how I have two missing sensors. They tried showing me camera footage but the quality was poor and they weren’t capable of zooming in on the recording. After a long argument of them not wanting to replace them I had to pay for something I wasn’t supposed to. Next time have your workers be upfront about snapping tire sensors instead of blaming the client for not having the sensors.

My elderly father got a flat tire on the rd. New tires about a year old. Changed the tire himself on the side of the rd. Took the tire into A&V tires for repair. He was told he needed a new tire, budget tire estimate quote from A&V was $180. My father refused the service, took his tire to a different location, they replaced a tire valve, the tire had no damage to it. They did not even charge him.
