As far as storages go this one is pretty awesome. Nice an clean like all the time. And the staff are very nice big plus.

The place is always clean, well secured with cameras and tenants need to use their magnetic cards to enter the location and to use the elevator. The hallways are well lit with motion sensors when you walk by the lights go on. Great place.

I recently had a Trojan Horse virus sent in a image file from Storhousestorage's email account and said virus could of caused my computer great damage. When I brought this to their attention, they in effect said that they were hacked and some information went out, it was not them, and they wished me good luck. . . . . HUH? Um, how about being proactive by contacting and alerting others to your compromise instead of demonstrating your incompetence? The fact that they did not says that it was likely them sending the Trojan Horse out or that they are a willingly ignorant participants, either way, not good, thankfully i am out of town on business. kind regards, young Brian
