I’m really saddened that I have to leave a bad review. I don’t like giving bad reviews. The sales department was awesome helping us buy the car we wanted. We was looking for Lincoln black label. We got the Lincoln Aviator black label almost a year ago today. I will never buy a car from Vista Ford Oxnard again. This is why I believe you should get the same quality service from the service department as you got from the sales department. I have had nothing but horrible service from the service department here. Today topped it all. My ex-wife was getting gas at Costco after she was done getting gas the car wouldn’t start and everything was flashing and going crazy. Costco 2 blocks away from vista ford. No one could go look at the car. Tow company said they couldn’t tow the car. Vista ford 2 blocks away couldn’t do anything to help one of there customers in a very bad situation. I need to know that the service department is dependable and will go out of there way to help there customers. This is why I will never buy from here again.

Great sales department. I hate to do this, but I give one star for the service department. The most rudest team to get you started on paperwork. We just purchased a new SUV, and I probably will not bring it to Vista Ford for maintenance and service because of that department. The sales department is outstanding, and I have purchased all my cars and trucks at your location. The last two years are when I have noticed the decline. I bought my first Ford truck at 16, and when I started my business in construction, my fleet of service and specialty trucks was from the Ford family. You guys can do it. Smile and don't talk openly about the customers when they walk away. Good luck. 👍

Armando was extremely helpful in locating a vehicle that suited my needs and really knew how to hype things up. I went home with a 2018 Ford Ecosport and it's been running great. I've gotten to practice several times and it feels really good for a beginner driver--I looked at several other cars but this was the first one Armando showed me, like he knew right off the bat what I would be getting. The paper process was made easy with their staff, and I felt well informed about policies and processes before I was handed the keys. While it will be awhile before I return, they definitely made a repeat customer.

Purchased a new car from Vista Lincoln of Oxnard & it was a very pleasant experience. Our salesperson was Fabian Mauricio & he was more than helpful! He notified us when a particular car we were interested in arrived after having talked with him in a previous visit to the dealership. We ended up purchasing the car in a non-stressful visit/atmosphere! Fabian came in on his day off to “deliver” the car to us & go over the “workings” of the new car. He has continued to follow up to make sure we understand all the new features of the car & to let us know he will always be available to answer any questions we may have. He said this is not the type of purchase you make everyday & I want you to be happy & have no lingering questions. Fabian is a great example of what you would hope to have in a car salesperson! Vista Lincoln is a professional dealership & we will be happy to recommend & purchase from them in the future!

I stopped doing business with them. I'm just a number and their priority are vehicles that get them a $500+ billing. Their QuickLane is a joke, and there's no such thing as walk in service for oil changes, etc.
If you go to any Ford dealership, they will go on the website and find one for you. Most dealerships will also go pick it up
