Dusk so right now would be 7:41
Usually at dusk. However, there are certain times when they will extend the hours. One time I was told by beach security they close at dusk but on another visit the park remained open well past 9PM.

When I was there the police officer said as long as you are parked outside the pier gates you can stay all night.
The pier is closed at dusk. The beach closes at 10pm, i believe.
