Terrible customer service, today the Cuban cashier girl whom I asked about a product that I had seen on the website responded very badly and with a bad face for asking if it was available, I was shocked because they didn't even have customers waiting so she had no reason to treat me badly. The store is been unhelpful and unapologetic on more than one occasion. First time I ever went it seemed as if they didn't want me to buy anything. Every time I asked if they sold it particular item they told me that they do not carry it and when I went to look myself they had not just the item I was looking for but multiples of it now this could be just a simple mistake but it happened four times. And another time they cost me almost a full day of work due to the fact they would not sell a can of house paint to a colleague of mine due to the fact that he was 19. They then proceeded to tell him that you had to be 21 to buy paint from them. Not only is the first and only place that has ever told me or anyone I know this but it is quite frankly a ridiculous rule that they do not state anywhere for you to know this information until you have wasted the time energy and gas to get to their location.

This place has a comprehensive inventory, in addition to friendly, knowledgeable staff. I’m new to the Beach and SBHC will certainly be my go-to hardware shop.
