Nasty unclean filthy place. Ants crawling on the window cills and tables. Men sleeping at tables. Tables and seats not well cleaned between guests. The outside curb needs a power washing. I felt grimey just touching the door handle. Don't get me wrong, I was born and raised in a project building in Brooklyn NY, where conditions were not clean. But this McDonald's is worse.

Ordered and paid from the kiosk and then the cashier yelled at me because they were out of an item . I told her you should update the kiosk , I don't know what you are out if stock. And she just kept telling they didn't have i showed my receipt and asked for a refund. She said only a manager could do that and he wasn't available. Then give me a reasonable substitute.She begrudgingly did telling me that they don't normally handle it that way. Well either my money or a fair equivalent considering the issue was theirs not mine. McDonald's food is pretty consistent, customer service is a while other issue.

People I know here work very hard. I had great experience and idk why ppl hating on here maybe they should know what hard work is to work here. Some ppl should just honestly keep their mouth shut like mind ur ducking business!! This is one of my local McDonald’s and I like it here. So if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say it at all. Plenty of ppl reviewing here bad things don’t know how hard these employees work!

It was evening. I had been on the road for a while and needed to use a restroom. I parked at this McDonald’s with the intention to purchase something and use their restroom. I went inside and notice the dining and restroom area was blockaded by chairs. Because of my urgency to use the restroom I stepped out to check the restaurant across the street. I immediately returned to find my vehicle being towed. The tow truck driver refused to accept my explanation and went so far as to say, “I know. I was watching you.” The tow truck driver gave me the option of paying him $70 or calling the police. The McDonald’s employees did nothing, but watch. To avoid further delay and discomfort I gave the tow truck driver $70 in cash. It was a shocking and disheartening experience. The most inhumane employees both from McDonald’s and tow truck company.
