They do not allow walk ins! I was very interested in getting a lab-grown diamond and happened to be in the area, however they turned me away and said it was by appointments only. It was over 2-3 month wait period! Strongly suggest going to a more local store instead of this place.

Incredibly poor customer service experience. Would recommend considering Vrai instead if looking for lab diamonds. Booked an appointment 6 weeks in advance. Was sent texts confirming our appointment. Day of appointment, we were emailed only hours ahead of our appointment that due to a technical glitch our appointment was canceled and we'd have to reschedule (no text or phone call was made). We called the corporate customer service line who informed us it was not a technical glitch and that this showroom mistakenly heavily overbooked and became aware of this at the beginning of July. They have been receiving numerous complaints of this location canceling on people last minute. He could not explain why this showroom waited until day of to cancel. The rep acknowledged the company was at fault but said that they could not do anything about it and could not give us any kind of priority for another appointment. We were were told we'd have to go online a reschedule another 6 weeks out as if we never had the first appointment. The rep also told us he would have the showroom call us back within 24 hours. We were never contacted. Please be aware there is a strong chance you could have your appointment canceled as it appears their business model at this location is to intentionally overbook and then cancel at random with complete disregard to their clients.

Extremely happy with the quality and beauty of this ring and earth grown certified Diamond! Webpage is very easy and convenient to navigate. Endless number of options of diamonds and the settings are all so beautiful and so many unique designs.

Made a purchase on Feb 3rd for a pair of Diamond earrings for a total of $2.7K. Got contacted on the 16th, stating the Diamond was “lost” in transit. I asked for an equivalent pair, but was told the price is 30% more. When I first made my purchase on the 3rd, there were a good amount of similar diamonds for around the same price or slight higher or lower. But now, everything is 30% higher on their website, so are you telling me, within the past 10 days, all those Diamond are sold out? do you really believe the Diamond is “lost” in transit? Well I don’t.

Hi there! The health and safety of our community is of utmost importance to us. We are following state and local government and health guidelines, and we have taken the following precautionary measures to promote health and safety in our showrooms during the COVID-19 pandemic: To maintain social distancing, we have limited the number of guests in the showroom to two people per appointment. We have also implemented additional measures, including installing barriers at appointment stations and removing or limiting seating areas. Jewelry specialists will wear gloves and masks during your appointment, and we will require the use of masks by customers. Hand sanitizer and wipes will also be available. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitization in our showrooms and offices. We perform a temperature check upon entering the showroom. Customers displaying symptoms or signs of sickness will not be allowed to enter the showroom. We are also monitoring employees for symptoms.
They have lab grown diamonds and mined diamonds
We do not have parking available on-site, but local parking is available at garages located at 8733 Beverly Blvd. or 8899 Beverly Blvd.
Most styles will be available to view, along with a selection of gemstones. Please let us know in advance if there is something specific you would like to see. Most showroom pieces will be displayed in 18k white gold, but we will also have some samples of our additional metal selections available.
Yes, we ask customers to make an appointment so we can be sure to tailor your visit to your needs and preferences. We are happy to accommodate walk-in customers where possible.
Check online. If they don't have it in their showroom they will ship it. Also, moissanite is trendy right now so they will have plenty.
