The product is beautiful. But its all lost on follow-through after the order. On-line order status is disorganized. Customer support is terrible. The logistics and delivery system is the worst I've ever encountered. Worst run company with whom I have worked. Sad because they have a nice product and the designers are excellent. Will never buy again. Sadly i made a significant purchase.

Had previously had a negative experience with CB2 as my couch was multiple times delayed and had multiple issues during the delivery process. Went into CB2 Miami and was helped by Heidi. She was awesome and really helped us get everything sorted and pick out a few more items. Make sure you ask for her. She's awesome!

Absolutely gorgeous store and wonderful staff. I had to leave a review because I saw so many negatives. I have purchased alot of items for my home and have called more than 30 times to get status of an item, check for availability, add, remove items from my orders, etc. I have been helped by most of the staff that works here. JC is wonderful and helped me most with my initial order and even cancellation of a previous order. Tilletha helped me with ideas for redesigning my living room and dining room, Federica and Keiana have helped me multiple times over the phone and scheduling delivery. Even in times of my frustration with shipping delays that are not in their control, they have always kept their grace and have been very professional and courteous. Every-time you walk in, the design is new, fresh and fab! They always give you a few minutes to yourself before asking if you need assistance which I love. The staff is not on top of you and let you look undistracted but are always ready to help. I cannot thank them all enough. Definitely recommend CB2 and thankful we have a location in Miami. Thank you guys for all your help always🙏

I clearly missed the memo CB stood for Crate & Barrel. There are two floors inside this location. It's has some nice stuff, prices seemed to be all over the place so it didn't feel like the the discount Crate and barrel I guess it's supposed to be . 🤷🏻‍♂️ Got my stuff probably wont be back.
