We apologize for the delays you have experienced. Our Small Animal Internal Medicine service is one of our busiest services. It may take a few days to schedule your pet, but it is best to contact the hospital directly at (509) 335-0711 to ensure your pet’s paperwork was received.
I would call them, unless the specifically said wait for four days... They always return my calls within 48hrs even for the note complicated things like dental surgery.
Good luck buddy. I waited 3 months before I had a basic answer from them. WSU veterinary has a toxic administration problem.
I left a vm over the weekend. Then another the following business day. They got back quickly. The specialist I was scheduled to see in Portland wanted 8k for testing that cost around 300 there. They got us in quickly. Handled us well and did more testing -follow up testing my pup needed for a diagnosis. At the end my bill was around 1k a lot less than what I was going to pay for 1 test in Portland. They also discovered she had addison's disease on the onset. She's being treated for it now instead of going into Addison crisis and risking her life. I highly recommend putting in another call. I drove over 6 hours and stayed in Pullman for 2 days. I would do it again in a heart beat.
Each time I need an appointment, I call during business hours and schedule the appointment over the phone. Some services may be scheduled out a while, but you should know right away when your appointment is.
