I have never In my life had such good service at a rental company- in fact I didn’t know a rental company could provide such EXCELLENT service as I received at Pullman Enterprise! Adam and his co-worker were so THOUGHTFUL and KIND during the entire interaction. They offered to give me a ride when I dropped off the car, which saved me a very rainy walk. They were clear on prices, wore masks well, and were fun to talk to! Thanks so much!!!

I absolutely love and appreciate my business relationship with Enterprise Rent a Car business here in Pullman! Since moving to the Pacific Northwest, we have had to use their services this pass summer numerous of times and at length. Our rig was in the shop for over a month to be fix and in the middle of our travels. Every mechanic shop seemed booked and at one period every rental car business, vehicles seemed unavailable, booked or expensive. They were knowledgeable, professional, understanding, kind and informative every step of the way. They have picked me up and dropped me off when I didn't have any transportation to get there or way back. They have been accessible and flexible when I called to extend my rental. They have upgraded the vehicle with no extra charge when mine wasn't returned yet at the time of my pick up. They are located seperate from the airport. They are small and offer every kind of vehicle that may be needed whether for great gas mileage because of distance travel, need of extra cargo or extra family. They have a key drop off for the days or hours they are closed. I find that it's cheaper, more benefits and a deal when I book through the enterprise website as oppose to priceline or other third party apps or websites. Paperwork is quick and easy and emailed to you for your records with the breakdown of the cost. Make sure you note detail and notify them or get proof when you do a walk around to see damages before you leave with the vehicle. Keeping open and honest communication is not only fair, however they'll appreciate and try to assist you in any way they can. Every person I have interacted with at this business has given exceptional customer service! They have made a tough situation so much easier and convenient each and every time. They have been simply wonderful at problem solving, making the most of every situation and concern better, and flexible and understanding in changes that arises.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The fine folks at Enterprise definitely go above and beyond to take care of their customers. About to book another rental! I've rented both for leisure (Pullman, WA) and for insurance claim repairs (Seattle) and have had consistently excellent service. Thanks Enterprise!

Misha (Hope I spelled that right) and her team are awesome, they were EXTREMELY accommodating to me, they even brought my rental over to me at my work in Moscow. My insurance covers most of the cost of the vehicle but they were able to get me into a Jeep which was so nice because I have a young child and the car seat takes up so much room. The car was clean, and ran great, at one point the vehicle I was driving had a recall, they called me promptly to tell me to come switch it out. I got another vehicle that was just as nice and the whole process went smoothly each time. All of the employees are sweet and I will definitely be coming back!! Thanks!
