Yes every dealer there must buy merchandise to be able to sell. Do your foot work, find out who pays best. There is always helpful staff at the office that can assist you in your quest.
Yes they have quite a large selection of antiques. Many different dealers as well.
Yes, it takes time looking but you can find good deals. Some vendors don't haggle but there are others who will. I'm not sure of the consignment area.
