I was at here with 5 people last night 7/3 at around 11:15pm and let me tell you, the lady working the front and the guy cooking were absolutely amazing. The place was jam packed and it was just them 2 working. They never Panicked, never got frustrated, and they were super quick and efficient. Super impressed by the two workers that were on duty last night. Waffle House Eustis, you need to take care of those 2 employees! My whole party was absolutely anazed by how they performed understaffed and jam packed. Thank you!

Super quick affordable breakfast. Food came in less than 5 minutes. Servers are always nice and even though the space is small and the seating is limited, they serve so quickly that a seat will open up within a few minutes. It's literally in and out in under a half hour. The breakfast is good, bacon is great and sausage gravy is amazing! I love it!

Servers were great! My waffle was not quite done(at least not the way I prefer, crisp). I did not complain, so they might have cooked another if I brought it to their attention. The hash browns were slightly undercooked on the inside and a little bland. The meat and coffee was great. Overall, you should get right in and right out.

Waffles were good and the server was quick and friendly When we arrived all the booths were full so we ate at the counter which was fine with me. The problem was the condition of the waffle cooking area that was right in my field of view. There was waffle drippings all down the waffle irons and onto the floor. It was a very unappetizing sight and made me question the cleanliness of the other cooking and preparation areas. This was the first time I've been to a Waffle House for a long time and I probably won't go back here. There was plenty of time for someone to clean up this mess and I don't understand how a manager can let this slide because the impression it gave me is they don't care about appearance or cleanliness.
