The most outdoor seating you'll find in Mount Dora. Also large indoor seating for the area. All day happy hour on Monday. Plus happy hour prices are excellent!! Highly recommend that. Also, Pisces Rising is open on days when many other downtown restaurants and bars are closed. Came for lunch and had a pound of boiled peel and eat shrimp and the Chicken Tortilla soup of the day to start. Then migrated to the Blackened Tuna Nicoise Salad and the Cashew Chicken Salad. Soup was loaded with shredded chicken and mildly spicy. The Tuna salad was very good with a nice presentation. The Cashew Salad was short on chicken and long on the nearly out of control fried rice noodles. The dressing on it was excellent though. Prices are on the higher side foe the area, bur service was excellent and the Happy Hour is a must do on any day it's on.

I've visited multiple times and the food is always good. Great history of the space and two excellent bar areas, a large bar outside and a very typical bar inside. They offer several custom drinks and have all day happy hour on Monday. My most recent trip was a bit disappointing as we had a 6:30 reservation, arrived about 6:15 and were seated immediately. Appetizer took about 20 minutes to arrive, main course was about an hour after ordering. Food was good and no issues otherwise. Edit: 5/27/22 Another moderately disappointing visit. They were short staffed so limited seating. We sat at the outdoor bar for an app and drink and had great service. Moved inside at about 20 minutes and it went south. Service was slow, crab and corn bisque was loaded with shell pieces and both mains came out lukewarm.

A very nice american restaurant in Mount Dora, with a wonderful view of the lake, sunset, drinks and music. The fried squid was more fried vegetables, but it was nice. The ribs were tough and served a bit cold, but there was a lot of people so we didn't complain because our server was very nice and we were enjoying the lovely evening. We are going back soon to get more appetizers instead of main courses, which I found a bit expensive (5 scallops $40!). Dog friendly, leashed and well behaved.

Went there for our 5 year anniversary the view was amazing and food was fantastic. I would recommended if you ever want to go. Yes it high end on price but also one they only have alcohol related beverages no soda only water. It was still wonderful night with live music and good people.

From someone who lives in Mount Dora, it depends if you plan on dining inside or outside. Inside tends to be business casual to somewhat dressy depending on the night of the week or the occasion, while outside is always very casual, shorts, jeans, khakis or sundresses.
Definitely privately owned, but they have management that usually respond quickly.
We sat outside to have coffee and dessert, but the staff had on maskd
Yes, they opened Weds. Inside and outside tables.
Yes we do! In fact, we won Best Happy Hour in Mount Dora Buzz's Best of Mount Dora. We offer Happy Hour all day on Mondays & 4pm-7pm Tuesday-Friday. Wells – $2.25 Discounted Beers Margaritas – $4 Red or White Sangria – $4 Mojito – $4 House Wine – $3 Mimosas - $3
No, we do not, but we can reserve a table inside, then move you to the waitlist for outside. We do this in case of inclement weather. The outside tables are first come, first serve, then we start a waitlist when the Deck fills up.
