From someone who lives in Mount Dora, it depends if you plan on dining inside or outside. Inside tends to be business casual to somewhat dressy depending on the night of the week or the occasion, while outside is always very casual, shorts, jeans, khakis or sundresses.
Smart casual usually. I've seen people with flip flops and shorts on. Could be tourists though.Food is good. Service is good too. Patio crowd is always fun too.
