You do have to rent a spot. The last time I did this the outside locations were around $ 5.00 for the weekend. That was a few years ago so the pricing may have changed.
This is a established busness. They have ac , resturants, bathrooms. Yes you have to pay. Why would they let you park and sell for free. Even church garage sales charge for a space or booth.
