Jeannie there are a lot of local volunteers who will come help TNR. (Trap neuter return). That is the only humane way to deal with feral cat populations. Try reaching out on Facebook groups like Jax Cats And Jax Cats Foster Heros. Safe Animal shelter also has a TNR team so I would reach out to them. Once fixed the population will eventually die off with age.
