we recued a skinny sick cat from OP mall living under a dumpster and it needs help. We have 7 cats and i dont need another one but we dont want to see it die can we drop it off there for help?

Only if they can verify there are no kill shelter, however if it needs much medical help there just isn't enough resources or money in the county you may look for a rescue organization for cats.
