Great place to hang out for the afternoon. Lots of room for the kids. They have 2 differrent playgrounds, pavilions, pet yo fish from, gazebo and plenty of open grass. The lottles love the playground and its right next to the spring and pool.

Feb 2022: Had a pit stop here during a cycling outing and was pleasantly surprised by the park, especially the pool area. I was advised it was recently renovated and it shows. The way the spring was tied in was nice and the park was clean.

The Park and City Pier are beautiful. The Pier is a great place to take the family fishing or shrimping. There are plenty of benches and swings for adults to sit and enjoy the breeze from the River. The playground is large with a separate area for toddlers. The spring has a beautiful enclosure that is safe to lean on and look into it. A splash area is perfect for toddlers to play in and the Spring feeds the city pool that empties into a small spring run that in turn empties into the St John's River. There are multiple gazebos with tables and grills for birthday parties or other gatherings. One of the activities my family enjoys is playing Pokemon Go there, there are around a dozen PokeStops and three Gyms!

Nice and open spaces! Great for a casual walk with family and pet. There's a decent play ground for the kids, large pavilions for a get together, a public pool, and a small spring. It's the kind of place where you can get cozy in the grass and read a book in the sun.

Yes the waterfront has small ones bring charcoal and the pool front has a huge 5ft one beside the park.
They allowed them today. Kids had life vest and arm wings on. Saw a baby float and a circular float as well...

Green cove springs public boat ramp...is a couple of miles north on highway 17
I was their last weekend, and the lady that I paid to get into the pool said the last day is Sept 29th
