Yes, the street between Ronnie's Oysters and the pool. Park on that side of the park if you drove there. The gates might close when it starts to get dark it has before but I do remember fishing off of the pier at night. Sometimes you can manatee watch. You can pull up to the pier from a boat as well. I have seen cruise boats load there as well.
