The girl at the desk rudely told me she was busy and I'd 'have to wait' until she 'was ready' - Ok, so I waited & waited, 20 minutes.....then finally, she came over to me, clearly she didn't want to be bothered helping me (doing her job). She told me to 'look around' - well, that's what I was doing while I waited for her to finish up on the phone and talking to her co worker and looking thru her drawers.. Ok so I asked her a couple questions which she didn't know the answer to (questions about tile, she works in a tile store). So, I left.....I later spent $3,095 in another store so they were out that business due to this 'person's' attitude, demeanor and behavior. If they're trying to shutter this store/location just keep the staff you have because no one will want to enter the place, it'll only be a matter of time...actually. Actually, that's my prediction, clearly the place doesn't car how it's run or how their customers are treated. Well, they lost out o a decent sale yesterday!

I bought the best tile in Plymouth over the phone and when I got there they didn't have the material I had bought. Driving an hour and thirty minutes to the store, when I arrived at the place they told me they didn't have the material. My guys were out of work due to the best tile error Please don't sell anything else without having it in the store and if you don't have it say you don't have it, you have no idea the damage I had with your mistake

Jasmine Vasquez was our design consultant and she did a terrific job! She understood exactly what we wanted & found tile we had not seen that worked perfectly. Our 2 finished bathrooms are masterpieces! Over the course of this bathroom project, and troubleshooting / finishing up the second bathroom, I worked with almost everyone at the Plymouth store, including Sarah, Allison & Larry. The entire team, including warehouse guys, were intelligent, professional & made the long drive worthwhile. We both recommend working with Best Tile in Plymouth, and will definitely buy from them for any future projects!
