Definitely all along the riverwalk, but they actually have a parking website and app where you can find open parking spots because it is limited. I do not remember the name but check the city website. I immediately found a spot, paid for it, and it was reasonable.

There isn't specific parking. You'll just have to park in the street in downtown, in one of the lots downtown, or perhaps at armature works (if that's the side of the riverwalk you want to go to). Depending on what day and time you go, parking may be free on the side streets downtown
