Poe Parking Garage or SkyPoint Short term Parking Lot would be the best POI for GPS.
We parked in the parking garage next to the Museum of Art and walked down to the Park at the point.
After 8 you can park anywhere around the downtown area
Street parking downtown is free after hours.
The Riverwalk extends for 2.5 miles so it's really a matter of what you're trying to see
