This is a fifty five plus park, you own your own home but not the lot ,you pay rent it's about 467 a month and you pay a pass on tax that is just under $700.00 but people have their own home for sale and you can get # off their signs they have in their windows, and stop and speak to them if you see one you are interested in, hope this helps you out . The park is a very nice park we have shuffle board ,pool tables,hot tub ,sauna,pool ,full gym, library,small laundry room with. Washer and dryers if need, horse pits ,,fire pit I've lived there five years and love it. There are 2- 3 bedroom homes
