Mom just moved there she said hers is 429 a month
I believe that this is the case.
Lot rent very low. Not many activities however very friendly residents. Help with lawn services, auto mechanics, A/C repair. They are retired but still available to help you fees are also minimal amount. Groups get together to form shuffle board contests. Sundays are Sundaes at clubhouse. Wish i was accepted to live there. Enjoyed meeting people my age felt like home to me. Really relaxing quiet friendly fun place to live
The sign says currently units available
There is not a pool but the community is active and during snowbird months there are many things on the calendar.

No
You must check with the manager. It USED TO BE 35 pound limit, however, I know there are larger pets there. I have lived in the park 21 years
From what I understand it's an emotional service dog they cannot deny you a place that you would have to check with them but if you have papers that prove it there shouldn't be a problem
Bonny shores MHP does not have rentals! 55+ community
The signs says available units please call the main office for current availability
Pets are allowed and people under 55 are accepted on a case-by-case basis. I don't think you would run into any issues. Contact David Illian (park manager) and explain your situation. I have lived here going on 2 yrs and neither my husband nor I were 55 when we moved in. David and the management company are both compassionate. It is so nice here.
I was able to move in at age 48 and my husband was 53. They do make acceptions. I am unaware of any homes as low as the other person mentioned but call and talk to David Illiam, park manager and explain your situation. They have some homes they deal with the selling end. Some will accept payments, some don't. They checked with a known buyer/seller who fixes homes and introduced us. We were able to make payments after putting a down payment. They are great people and the management company is really good.
Yes
Call them and ask them I don't live there
