It is a nice community ,but I moved here last year and the increased for the lot was incredible high..I am noticing that people are selling there home here and it's they give another increase next year like the one they gave this year we would have no other choice than sell our home too š„ŗ

My grandparents lived here in the 80's. This place might as well have been heaven to me as a kid from Ohio. I'm sure its still as nice as it was back then. I would like to come back and check it out sometime.

There are 3 different prices due to location, I think!, but also got 1 for sale. Yes reasonable rent. Must be approved by office 2st tho.
One side Is locked after five and on weekends.the other side is open

As far as I know, age isn't the limit, it is the condition of the home. But also, as I'm aware, there are not any empty lots... but you can Google the name of the park. It'll give you all the info for all questions you need.

I believe most of the homes are 2 bed 2 bath and yes they rent month to month or lease, what ever the owner decides.
