I appreciate the reviews of these residents. I am looking to buy but after reading the reviews I will stay away. I did not see one good review in the 1st 10 that's pretty bad.

i would rate it a zero if i could. terrible place , please save yourself the headache . moved into a brand new mobile home and since day one had plumbing issues . only a family of 3 with electric ranging 80-100 $ but my water bill managed to average a whopping 200-350 . they received endless phone calls about the issues with zero desire to comply. i have phone call logs and plenty of videos to make a substantial case . code enforcement came and saw their was in fact a violation beings the pipe was exposed and completely flooded my yard in a matter of minutes with septic and fecal matter. pretty inhabitable environment for a pregnant women and her growing family. not that the area is in a desired location and having to deal with back ups on A DAILY BASIS . i will continue to spread the word on the upkeep of this residents

My mom brought a property there and they tow her box truck even though it was the perfectly park in her own parking spot just because they felt like a box truck is too big to be park in her own parking spot, although it took the same amount of space has her car since it is a small box truck. This place is had dumb rules in place. Super run down, crack heads high on drugs inside their cars. Definitely not a safe place to live.

This place is terrible, I have lived here 9 years and since this company took over it has gone way down hill. They cant keep a staff, they constantly put notices on your door (when it should be hand delivered or mailed. To ensure you receive it!). The basket ball court if that's even what you would call it, is run down and grass and weeds grown up all around it, the ground is all cracked and broken as well with the net and backboard. The playground is all paint peeling and they switched it to sand so now cats poop in it, it's disgusting. No one ever checks or monitors the pool so thier are ways bad kids in there cussing ant breaking things. There are barely any chairs left and one busted up table. They also advertise a tennis court( which is the broken down basket ball court) and a fishing dock that has not been there in like 3 years. This past month the manager and a corporate manager decided it would be ok to come in my yard and put my sons basketball net to the trash and put his baseball net to the back of my house without any proper notice. Then yesterday my husband was on his boat in the lake out back and she put a town notice on his truck and trailor for bieng on the grass at the boat ramp, mind you it's all grass. She told him today he needs to park in the compound after putting the boat it.... this place is not worth the 500.00 lot rent, they do not maintain any of the amenities that we are promised and it's gone way down hill. We will be selling and moving because of lake shore properties and thier crazy outlandish rules and behavior!
