this place is similar to a zoo, the administration does not give adequate maintenance to the parking lot but to raise the rent they are good and to collect they are also good since they threaten you with eviction, but for maintenance I give it an F because really is well neglected

It's a clean park with a lot of different views some people think it's a good place other hate it I guess it would be up to the individual

I moved from there in March, do yourself a favor and look else where. The water gets shut off randomly without proper notice, lot rent goes up EVERY year, and if you have a problem, management could care less!!
