I moved here almost a year ago....i had to pay $55 for a background check before i was allowed to buy my mobile and move here. Since then i have seen that the manager does nothing to people that break the rules that we all had to sign for. My biggest problem is the visitor rule ..... 15 days at a time twice a year ...some people have visitors that have been here for 5 or 6 months and nothing gets done....yet yesterday i got a paper put in my door that now is the time to clean up around your mobile homes and if you have tooooo many plants i will talk to you personally and make you aware of that fact....well i think she needs to worry about all the people living here that don't belong here instead of plants....last i knew a plant doesn't have a criminal record nor could they hurt other oeople that live here and yet this is a rule they want to enforce.....REALLY!!

I sold my mobile March 3019 to couple have bill of sale said have to go to office pay April rent he had no plans to stay says o.own moving off lot. I vacated . Not mine. I came back to visit friends Anita and Earl said calling police if because not allied in park. WHY NOT MY FAULT NEW OWNERS PLANS. WAS AT FRIENDS HAVING DINNER. HERE COMES POLICE BC SHE SAW I WAS STILL THERE. POOR HEARTLESS MANAGER.

No, the land is not for sale.lot rent is 473.00 per month
But generally the over 55+ have an income requirement. Anywhere from $1300., to $1700.a mo. Icant seem to raise anyone to get me this information before I start the application process.

No, but, there are some for sale and itss a great family oriented park. I have been here for 2 years and the people here are awesome. Take a stroll through and see what you find if you can pass a background check.

We pay 416. Electric, water, garbage are all in one bill. I like that.
Any major changes to your site require park aproval and a permit from the city of Lakeland.
