We have owned a mobile home here for about a year now. No vandalism, nothing stolen. Just use common sense and secure valuables as you would in any other part of Redding. The new ownership is cleaning things up. Remodeling a lot of the homes. But it takes time. The trashy people have either left on their own or by other means.

This place is Shady Oaks and full of Shady Folks! Watch your belongings very closely here.... Has disappears from your cars... People walk right up into ur spot thinking they can.... So flipping glad I left that skid-row!

Yes the space rent is $488.00 a month doesn't include gas or electric
