The office blatantly ignores you. Is never around unless to give notices. Have had multiple issues with tenants including robbery from property and tenants who were responsible are still in the park. Most of the tenants are very nice but we have quite a few bad eggs including tenants who will allow their animals to defecate in your yard and not clean up after them.

Came to look at a trailer today and made an offer, won't know anything until Monday. Josie in the office was terrific, she was so nice and helpful. Sundance seems like a really nice park, clean and quiet. Looking forward to moving in if it all goes in our favor.

Sundance is a nice and quite place to live, but the office is never open, so if you need something better off doing whatever yourself. The office management are nice when you can see them, lol. The park does flood on the westside. Lot rent is quite high 447

Terrible community to live in thugs gang violence involving children.police impersonator still living in the community. Maintenance personnel (if your renting) don't know how to fix anything, won't fix anything in a timely manner. Management both on location and corp are a joke. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Imo stay away from here and Greenbriar on duff road owned and managed by the same lady and company.

Nothing...you have to also pay extra for water, sewer, trash pickup and your share of their property taxes. A real RIP off is if you water your lawn you still pay the sewer charge even though the water isn't going down the sewer. Same goes for there other MHP off Duff Rd called Greenbrier Village same company owns both parks. And they are cramming as many mobile homes in the park as they can fit. There are so many homes and cars now there is no elbow room. If you sneeze your neighbor's 3 doors down with say Bless you!! Oh and the biggie if you buy one of their mobile homes they spring this on you when your signing the closing contracts....you can't move the mobile home out of the park for 10 yrs or you pay the remaining lot rent due for however many yrs remaining on the 10 yr clause. They sure don't tell you that when you are putting your deposit down!
No this is the mobile home park on Banana Rd off US Hwy 98 N.
They don't allow it!
$1200 give or take. They push for you to buy.
447.67 too much
