We live across the fence and they let a group of Hispanics play a stereo fit for a concert loud enough you can't hear your TV over it and no amount of asking changes anything. Have to resort to calling the city. I sure wouldn't live there.

Love our house and neighbors. Hate the management 😁 After living here for over a year. The management has gotten better at taking care of business. And we are pleased to be here.

Have ridiculous parking rules and actually enforce them, but daughter of the manager gets away with whatever she wants. Loud music until late on weekdays. Parking on the grass. Junk all around her trailer etc. Friend has lived there many years and has been robbed multiple times. People actually stole mulch and decorative shutters, and screens off te windows.

There is a lot of ppl putting up there place for sale...and alot of ppl moving out...cause of the mangar...She as her pick and choose...I leave down the road and I seen a lot come and go...and I heard alot about the on site manager...

My daughter has a place in there and I think if she had a do over would not be there. I am looking but would never live there. Lot rent is too high.

Don't move there they are jokes you. Can't have any Guest there or if you do they have to go to the office first....You have to fixes up your on place..if anything break's... It's a big Joke it's not nice as the make it to be

How can they something about your dad dog and she got family that got cats and dogs and they got more then one cat or dog..So if they are saying to you dad about his dog they she needs to say something to her family about their cats and dogs and other ppl cats and dogs when there a cage out in the back where the dogs go but ppl let their dogs out to use the bathroom in every one else yard

I wouldn't move there..They are jokes..They have their pick and choose if you got any Guest they have to go to the office first...and that's not right...When they get your money they treat you wrong...Before I move in there I will get me a lawyer and see what my rights are first..and have them go over my paperwork with me before I sign anything...Cause they way I see it who comes to my place is my business as long as they are not messing with anyone..
