Nice and quiet. Beautiful retirement community and good neighbors. Biking here is peaceful and safe and my kitty loves our our screened in back porch with all the geckos running around. Good thing they can't get in. She'd be awfully tired chasing them. Lot's of interesting people.

Nothing is included in lot rent. You pay all utilities. And maintain your lot that is not owned by you-yet you are fined if your grass or decor isn't in top shape at all times. The OWNER divided the property in half when he purchased the property so One Half of park is county water and the rate is twice what city water users in the front half of the park pay! You pay for tree trimming on easement that the park should pay for. You pay property taxes disguised as Pass thru tax. You pay for trash, water, electric and any monthly dinner for tenants. Owner does NO maintenance. Pool is barely maintained and is often closed due to water being poorly cleaned, pumps and filters constantly break down. and hot tub is nasty and broken for months on end. Office is staffed by family members of the owner and they are extremely rude to tenants! This park is constantly engaged in law suits against the owner. Latest? 3 years long! Do not rent here if you are looking for decent rent with amenities.

One part is owned and the other is lot rental. If you are on the rental side you are not allowed to use the amenities on the owner side (lake side).

This is a fifty five plus park, you own your own home but not the lot ,you pay rent it's about 467 a month and you pay a pass on tax that is just under $700.00 but people have their own home for sale and you can get # off their signs they have in their windows, and stop and speak to them if you see one you are interested in, hope this helps you out . The park is a very nice park we have shuffle board ,pool tables,hot tub ,sauna,pool ,full gym, library,small laundry room with. Washer and dryers if need, horse pits ,,fire pit I've lived there five years and love it. There are 2- 3 bedroom homes
Yes they have trailers to rent. Or you can buy from the owners.
