Are they ever open? The open sign is never on

Unfortunately the Welcome Center is staffed by volunteers and there's been a shortage lately. Try going to the Metro Wellness Center on 2nd Ave N and 33rd St N which is fully staffed Monday through Friday 8 am to 5pm

Yes. I dont remember the times when they open but I'm pretty sure they close at 10. If you go inside you ahoukd see some people in there
