All I can say is, when you call there is the rudest customer service person over the phone. Then, lets not mention how they can careless about anything other than violations that are so petty but when it comes to important violations against us the citizens, they can careless.

They defer a complaint that pertains to codes or reply that there’s already a case on that complaint! A complaint for 2 years that hasn’t been corrected? Makes a Citizen feel like our concern does not count...... until Election time..... that is!!

PinellasCounty says we have to put 13 trees on new build house property. We do not want maintenance yard. How can we not have to plant trees on property.

My house driveway is a 17 foot wide, I have 9 more feet to extend it. Can I extend it all 9 feet . Is there limite, by city code how wide I can go. My house is in St Petersburg Fl, Pinellas count.

If you don't have a curb cut ( sidewalk cut) you will need a permit. Also, if pouring concrete you will need a permit. I don't think there is a width restection

Do you need a permitt to install a stand up shower and a tub and install a new electrical breaker box. Taking it from the inside of the house an installing it on the outsde of the house
