Horrible , I’m pregnant high risk my appointments are suppose to be every week I have not been seen in 4 weeks I’ve called constantly to be on hold for hours , nobody answers the phones ,on the app it says that I was seen by a dr and I never even was seen at all. That day their horrible they don’t help you you’re better off going to the hospital for help then to them ..

Horrible! If I could give negative stars, I would. Inattentive, lack of urgency, rude and horribly disorganized. You have to wait over an hour to talk to someone on the phone and I’m in the waiting room for 40 minutes and they haven’t checked me in yet and made me miss my appointment and they’re so slow dealing with people at the front desk. They also take weeks for referrals and are notoriously known at other doctors for not getting insurance authorized. Now they just called over another lady in front of me who got here after me after I got upset they’re ignoring me. If you care about your health and sanity, stay away! We will be finding a new dr after this. Worse drs office ever. A new name change and branding campaign doesn’t hide the fact that the service is horrible.

I’ve been a patient for a few years and I’ve never seen a real doctor there it’s always a nurse practitioner. Also if you ever need to call the office, you will never get a person to answer the phone unless you call at 8am you can forget it. As I write this review I have been on hold for 45 mins just to get an answer to one simple question. It is beyond ridiculous. I do not recommend this facility.

I had such a pleasant dental experience. The Dental assistant Brittany made me feel at such ease and talked me through everything and made me feel more comfortable with what was going on. She even held my hand through it all! I felt like a person and not a number.. If you want to go to a place that truly cares about your needs, this is the place to go! Thank you for such a great experience.

I believe there are bugs in their new system. I tried calling all week and finally went in person to make an appointment.
Most likely if you are not an established patient, then schedule a new patient appt for the COVID vaccine or a walk in will do.
Goes by your income
They send you out for lab and then the report will be sent to your doctor or you can see your results on the LabCorp site once you sign up and results come in.
