The pharmacy staff seem to be of not much help when trying to fill a prescription in a way that they have never dealt with. I should not have to help fill in the gap and explain how you are supposed to bill and request information.. Even my Dr office Liaison said the staff seem to useless and not willing to be helpful. The pharmacy experience should be a helpful and peaceful experience and the staff should have the knowledge to share with Dr office in getting RX correct so that patients do not have to suffer.
