Call center is useless. They can’t tell you what the status is of your order. All they can tell you is what is “supposed to happen” or what “should happen”. Have you received my doctors prescription? They have no idea. That’s another department that apparently doesn’t have a phone. Never dealing with this incompetent place again. Both times I have tried to refill an RX, it took many phone calls from me and my doctors office to get it done.

They promptly charge my acct for meds and never follow through with processing the order for accurate delivery . Unapologetically substandard customer service ‼️‼️❕ Erik

I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MEDICATION 2 WEEKS AFTER PAYING FOR IT AND CAN'T GET A SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE. A week after calling in an order and paying for it my medication had not arrived by mail so I called PHARMALAB. I was told my doctor's prescription was in the wrong format. I called my doctor and they immediately sent a new prescription to PHARMALAB. Since I HAD BEEN WITHOUT MY MEDICINE FOR A WEEK I ASKED IF THEY COULD EXPEDITE SHIPMENT. I don't think this is to much to ask because for a week I never even recieved a phone call to tell me my medicine wasn't sent even though they had charged my account. The following day they called me to tell me they were not sending it out PRIORITY MAIL and they were going to send it out "BY GROUND". So not only had they not sent it out the day before but now they told me I would getting it in ANOTHER 3 OR 4 DAYS. I just looked at my bank account. Money for my first order has been refunded but there has been no charge for the order that was SUPPOSEDLY CORRECTED 4 days ago, which means THERE IS STILL NO ORDER! I have spoken to 3 or 4 "customer service" people but still CAN'T GET SUPERVISOR JO MARY TO RETURN A CALL. It is now 2 weeks and I still don't have my medication.
