OMG! I call up and was greeted by a grouchy lady. Then they start giving me other phone numbers to call even though this was clearly the number their website said to call for travel testing. After hopping from one dead end number to the other I end up at an answering machine. Every person I talked to was grouchy. Terrible experience and I still havn't heard back from them. After reading the other comments, this company needs to be flagged by the BBB.

COVID sucks. Lines Suck. Not getting an immediate appointment because everyone else in Los Angeles wants to be tested sucks. We all feel the same way. I have now been tested 4 times at PathMD and I can say without question that the staff running the outside testing are a pleasure, especially Javier. They are working hard to get in as many people as possible each day. The test results come back fast.

I've come here multiple times and it's exactly as advertised. You pull up, they guide you through the test without you even having to get it of the car, you're done in five minutes, and you have test results in less than 24 hours.
