My appointment was fine. Scheduled for 8:45, I checked in via tablet around 8:35, ended up getting blood drawn around 9:15. Definitely would recommend making an appointment. Place was very busy and seemed to only see one person at a time. Waiting room only held 6 people (perhaps COVID rule) so beyond that folks had to wait outside for a text. Walk in front door from parking lot, turn left, at the end of the hallway take elevator up to 2nd floor, then get out and turn right and it's all the way down the hallway, last door.

Bad experience. I only returned the same day to drop the urine sample for my 80 year old dad, he already had his blood drawn and cant give the urine sample right away - the nurse advised him to just return and hand it to her when its available - and that's exactly what i did. When I arrived, the rude person at the frondesk told me to line up outside without even listening to me. It took 30 minutes before i was attended to by the only nice nurse in that lab, she said to sign up and leave the sample in the room and im good to go. After I signed up and left the sample, another rude frontdesk told me to wait again because she will have to pull up records. The communication among the staff is just horrible. Out of the 4 lab staff, the one who did the blood work is the only nice person in there. As much as we don't want to waste your time, do not waste ours.

This Quest Lab is located in Korea Town inside a medical building. Everything about this experience was wonderful. Outpatient Labs can be very hectic places- and there was only one other customer there during my visit. The office was easy to find. Upon arrival to the building, my temperature was taken with a thermal sensor- pretty cool 🤗. It's like getting your photo taken. Receptionist Mina checked me in, and she friendly and professional. My blood draw was done by Jaime, who was equally personable ( and the veinapunctire didn't hurt at all). I would highly recommend this Quest Lab. The office was very clean, with Covid modifications in place. The customer service was outstanding! 9
