So I made an appointment I get a text they are ready to come in they called 6 people in since they told me they were ready for me and I’m still outside waiting and I have an appointment this is not cool t all.

Absolutely unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. Had blood work done and they didn’t even verify my information and ultimately told my provider they won’t accept my labs. Such a joke and waste of time. Highly recommend to stay away from this location.

I love this place. It's very convenient for parking, better than the ones with parking I gotta pay for. On Friday afternoon, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Very experienced phlebotomists who did not dig around looking for a vein. Also, close to Wingstop and Little Ceasar so I can break my fast in style. Very pleasant and short visit.
