I would give this place zero stars if possible. The fitting rooms are closed . I came in for an exchange with my receipt and apparently my proof of purchase isn’t enough for an exchange. When I was asking the owner for an explanation of why my proof of purchase did not count as a receipt the security was right beside me as if I was doing something wrong . The security guard literally profiled me during the store visit very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I will never shop here again .

I worked there I didn’t even finish the three month probation because the manager (Helen) discriminated me and only me and when I told her that I didn’t like the way she treated me she said “I don’t care”. She treated me very different from all the other workers. The workers were great! The manager would always yell at me and only me for no reason she would say that she stress, but that’s no excuse for the way she treated me. Today December 10,2021 the manager wouldn’t let me help a customer out because I was cleaning, mind you there was only two workers when that happen. That’s not good customer service and the customer witness the manager mistreating me and the customer told the manager that she treats me like a slave.

This place is a scam, would not come again. I tried to return my item and they wouldn't give me my money back and just offered store credit. It would be understandable if I already tried it on but the fitting rooms aren't open so there was no chance to see if I liked it on myself. (Note that every other fitting room in the mall were open besides this one)

Returned 2 dresses within the 2 weeks and got store credit. Tried to use the store credit (at the same store I did the original transaction at) within the time limit and it said 0.00 balance. They didn’t do the transaction right. Waited for over 15 minutes and was late for work and they still weren’t able to help me or do anything about it. A waste of almost $60.00 and didn’t get to keep the clothes I returned. A total scam, take your business elsewhere.
