I usually have no unsatisfaction at the other Quest. But this location i was really unhappy at first time . Looks like a People who work there little bit stressed out due to the employee s shortage or something. Its not customer's fault. Way too busy ,over booked even they can not even handle all the customers waiting, greedy management , unorganized , Long line, long wait , all no! no! no!

Fast and friendly. Make sure to bring in your insurance card and Lab order as they do not save files from previous visits. I say this because while this was the first time going in for me it seemed to be the issue with people who came in after me and taught that the insurance information would be saved for them from previous visit. So it has to be brought every single time.

After reading all the previous reviews, I was a little nervous about what I was going to experience at my appointment today. Thankfully, my experience was completely different than people who have already posted reviews here. I had an appointment at 10 am. I was brought back at 10:10 am for all my blood work. I was doing a glucose tolerance test also, so I was there for about 2 hours. Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially Chris. They explained everything to me and were very quick. Only thing that was a bummer was that they didn't have WiFi for me to connect to while I waited to have my second and third rounds of blood work drawn for the glucose tolerance. Otherwise, it was a very simple and professional process. Thanks!

First I had a hard time making at appointment because it is an automated machine and they can't understand my name. That was the first red flag. Fortunately, I finally got my appointment at 12:15. Was there around 12:10, and checked in. However, I left the premises at 1pm. They only had 1 restroom to do the testing which was so frustrating. Also some walk ins were prioritized than the ones with appointment. If you need to do the drug test for your employer and have plenty of time and patience go here. However, I won't be recommending this site to my friends/family.
