I started calling to get an appointment with my doctor about 4 weeks ago and have not been able to get a single person on the phone. I called every single day for a week. You either get put on hold for about 45 minutes before it automatically hangs up or it goes straight to a busy signal. There is no way to even leave a voicemail. This is the absolutely worst healthcare business I have ever come across. I even went in person to see why they aren't answering their phone and their doors were locked with no one inside. It's a large facility so I ran over to the OB/GYN center and those doors were also locked with one person inside ignoring my knocking. This visit was during normal business hours. There was no sign posted or anything about what's happening or why they are not answering. This is completely unacceptable and I can't imagine how many patients are now being denied care because of this. Walgreens is also not able to get through for my prescription refills.

They should train better the people answering the phone and taking appointments. And please people invest in a better appointment system. What a shame waiting an hour for someone to pick up the phones. Had my appointment canceled twice.

Dr. Ahmad is a wonderful physician and the only reason I stayed as long as I have. The call center for scheduling appointments has some of the most terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced. The wait time is always at least 10-15 minutes to speak to some one. Once I waited over 40 minutes to schedule an appointment. Today, I had the pleasure of someone hanging up on me when I asked to be scheduled at another location that fit my work schedule. As of next month I will be switching to a different provider.

Yes there is. This particular office is really a one stop shop so to speak. There are dentists, OB/GYN, pediatrics, and family practitioner. All in one convenient location.
No they do not have an eye care doctor. They only do family practice, dental, pediatrics, and OBGYN Any outside specialties will get an referral.

Yes they do and a dentist, on-site chiropractor, free legal counseling, dieticians and podiatrists available to established patients.
Yes! We have sliding scale fees for both our dental and medical services. Call Monday morning, or drop in and ask to talk to speak with our staff about how we can help you. There are walk in slots at our dental offices in St Pete and Clearwater if you have an urgent dental need. We are here to help.

Community health of pinellas indeed have a dental service. I have not used that part of their service however whether or not you can or can not afford it, they normally wont turn you away. Hope this help!
