Can somebody reach out to me to help me understand why I cancelled my black card membership by 7/10 and I was told I would still be charged 7/17 which would make me an active member until 8/17? If the billing cycle brings you into the next month then technically when I payed last month on 6/17 it was paying for 30 days into 7/17. I called two weeks prior and was told if I cancelled by 7/10 I would not be charged the next billing cycle. So I don’t see why if I’m canceling prior to 7/17 why I’m paying for another 30 days as a member to 8/17

Been a member on and off for years, and never had a problem with the staff, until my roommate passed away and I had to call and cancel his.membership. I called a different PF by mistake and the man who answered was polite and sympathetic. Once we had realized my error, I called the correct one and spoke to Tim, who was nether. He was blunt, rude and ended the call by just hanging up with not a parting word. Because of the price and closeness to my home, I will continue my membership there,but the gym I once loved and couldn't wait to get back to, has now become, simply, a place I go.

I never seen that workout please and it's clean friendly cared for and amazing me and neutral as this planet feels. I plan on signing up tomorrow the full monthly pass for everything. Not because I'm impressed but because I'm really impressed. Thank you planet fitness for making my first experience amazing

This is a fully solar powered Gym, Because of Its environmental friendly concept, users's comfy are reduced due to less space and bad lighting. The gym is crammed, there are hardly space, which make me overwhelmed during busy hours. The lights are lower to the ground and hardly radian, it is eye hurting blindly when you doing chest bump. There are less space than a regular Fitness Planet Gym. Therefore, this is not my favorite Gym.

Members aged 13 and 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when they work out. Members who are 15 to 17 years old must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian on file. Please note that any PF Black Card® guests must be 18 years old with a valid ID, unless they’re accompanied by a parent or guardian.
