This place is fine. My only problem is they sell the phones set up the account but then leave you left without any in face support really. Everything is done on line or some other non personal way. The manager is great(I cannot recall his name sorry) he always at the minimum shows empathy and tries to help. Rest of the staff nope they don't really go above for cell customers or really seem to care. Maybe they are hand tied? If you need cable customer service great the manager here is the person to work with. Cell service you're in trouble

The customer service in this store is horrible. They are useless can't seem to solve any problems. They had me call customer service instead of solving the problem themselves. It was a total lost of my time

Very bad service and communication especially by the Spanish female worker! I came to pay a phone bill! I ask for help several times she kept directing me to kiosk! She told me to pay my phone bill in the kiosk! I went her again after I paid kiosk to check and she told me it be on it 10 minutes! I leave the store and phone was never cut on then call Spectrum and they can't even find my payment in kiosk because was given the wrong information and paid $222 for nothing! Will go back and have them clear this matter

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spent over an hour waiting just to pay a bill. After an hour and a half, with no movement. I went to the Long Beach store on Bellflower and was in and out in 15 mins. Lakewood had 2 people working with 9 people waiting in line. The representative seemed to not know what he was doing. Took him over 30 mins to set up a customer phone. This place has no consideration for their customers. Don't use this facility.

You can return equipment (including DVRs) at the Spectrum store. However, it's often busy, so they recommend returning equipment at the UPS Store across from the Lakewood Mall. It's free to return equipment there and they box it up, ship it for you, and give you a receipt.
