Okay literally there's protocols in place for things just of this nature because you cannot wear metal when you are getting a MRI done so all metal is always removed including wedding bands so this is not a uncommon issue normally though it is a female's wedding band because they have the diamond generally, so what you do is call the hospital and get a report of all staff that was on duty they have to log in to use the MRI so it will literally be narrowed down to who was on shift at that time and using the MRI which will bring it down to two or three maybe five people But from that they can tell you who's responsible who is supposed to be responsible, and I don't know who said that there's nothing they can do but that is it outright lock, direct message me on Facebook I'm Devin Verizzothere's only two of me in the world and they're both me lol But click the one with the black picture if you need any more info, but you are completely entitled to your property and/or the replacement

Why would you not put your valuables in a safe place or with a family member? Unless it’s an emergency you are always given detailed instructions .any hospital is responsible for your healthcare which you do not mention not your belongings.

Wow ! Did you ask the staff on duty at that time ? Seems odd that someone would steal it.
