Not a bad experience. Didn’t care to much of intake nurses complaining openly bout a new nurse on staff that apparently didn’t know a “rule” at this specific urgent care. I was Quick to be sent to room then waited a bit. My only issue is I went in with respiratory issues and the doctor only listened to my lungs. No throat check, no ear check, no eye light show, no lymph node check …..was actually surprised by this.

I went to SMH Urgent Care University today and had a totally positive experience. I dealt with Stacy, Kirina (from St Thomas) and Megan. Sorry ladies if I didn't get your names quite right, but hopefully you know who I'm talking about. You ladies, all 3 of you, were absolutely excellent. Thanks for the great experience.

I wanted to thank the nurse, Teresa, Laura and TJ who did the MRI because they were so professional and listened to what I needed to reduce my severe back pain. It was the best service and care I ever received at an Urgent Care facility and Sarasota Hospital is so fortunate to have such compassionate employees. Thank you all for helping me feel better.

What a great experience. We were visiting Florida on vacation and my toddler had an ear infection. We were greeted by Amanda who helped us quickly with a smile on her face the whole time. The facility was clean and all the clinical staff were excellent. Don't hesitate to stop by if you have some healthcare needs!
