They give me a letter on the 25th it says i have yo have a phone interview before the 25th. I call the number provided but shes on vacation till 8/3 and to call her co worker. So i do and goes straight to a voice mail box that wont take message s because its full. This is ridiculous!!! Cant get through but wont call me back either. Time to go to legal services and see what course of action is best.

it’s been 3 months i reported a change & NOTHING has happen i’m a single mother the worse and i can’t wait till i don’t NEVER have to deal with THESE PEOPLE AGAIN VERY SORRY AND THE WORSE CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH NOBODY hate it get it together but hay yall they think we need them soo they don’t care

Although we greatly appreciate the help with EBT it’s always many days and hours waiting to get a call answered. Some of these people act as if the very little EBT benefits they allocate comes from their pockets. I worked very long hours over 40 years paying taxes . It’s already been taken out of my pockets.

I'd give no stars if I could. We can't access SNAP benefits. We called the FL Access phone number about 40 times in the last 4 weeks (I am not exaggerating). We get put on hold, then hung up on EVERY TIME. We finally spoke to someone at the EBT offices, who figured out what the problem was. They said to call Fl Access to get the problem resolved. You are kidding, right??????? They need ten times more help than they have.
