Directly across from pier 66 on Elliot Way is the closest. Entrance is one block up on Bell Street. $14 early bird all day. $24 for lost ticket. Bridgewalks at southwest corner floors 4 & 5.
Yes, has elevators. May need to hobble a ways depending what entrance you go into, but that are ADA compliant
